dear friends

i have 2 querries

firstly

i am selected for oradea university for medical specialization but i dont have language skills and i was asked to join any institute for preparatory course . and i will be able to register with oradea univ untill march.

i tried my level best but no one is replying from ministry of education and no response from other universities.

i need to know what should i do in this situation.

secondly i need cheapest dorm for temporary stay in bucharest  since i ahve to talk to ministry in person.

i need your kind help
